Problem

In a live hospital setting, minutes matter. Staff needed a reliable way to raise emergencies from multiple channels and make sure the right people were notified without manual phone trees.

Approach

I built a web-triggered emergency response flow that also accepted QR codes and WhatsApp as entry points. Alerts escalated automatically, with real-time status updates so responders could see what was already in motion.

Outcome

The system was used in live hospital emergencies and reduced response time by about 10 minutes through call automation and instant status updates.
